New Construction & Remodels

For clients building a new home or renovating multiple rooms in their existing home. We understand building a new home or taking on a major remodel can be a stressful process. We will work along side you and/or your contractor to make the project go as smooth as possible. We prefer to begin helping you before your interior plans are finalized and permits are pulled but its never too late to hire us for your project. We will assist you in floor plan and electrical plan modifications, to make your house function the best for you while being aesthetically pleasing. The scope of work may vary for every project but we can assist you in selecting all finishes including flooring, paint colors, cabinet designs, hardware, tile, countertops, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures and trim details. We will do constant walk throughs on the job site to assure your design is being executed correctly. This service includes a series of in person design meetings. Once selections are finalized you are provided a complete set of design selections and elevations. First step is an initial consultation at $150 to create a personal design agreement.
